A suspected transgender murderess accused of shooting her parents dead was filmed being arrested by cops in Utah.  Collin Troy Bailey, 28, who goes by the name Mia, was filmed being led away by seven armed officers in Washington City Wednesday afternoon.  Bailey's dramatic arrest came hours after her mother Gail, 69, and father Joseph, 70, were found dead in their nearby home.    No motive for the horrific double-slaying has been given.
